Refunds & Exchanges
At Swans & Bluebells we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.
Generally the following applies: We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase (except personalised items please see bottom) made within 14 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the delivery cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not worn, opened, used or washed and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage as unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
As we use a PO Box address for returns, items must be sent back using Royal Mail, the P.O. Box will not accept parcels if you haven't used Royal Mail as a carrier.
Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable.

The refund process can take upto 30 days.
All personalised items are bespoke and CANNOT be returned. This also Includes The Handmade Wool Nests Frill Nest & Bags, Baby Suits With Bear, Bear Baskets, Bear Socks and anything made from Muslin eg Muslin Cloths, Swaddles & Comfortors.
Ball pits are also non-refundable

Please take into account when you choose the different postage costs on your order at checkout.
Royal Mail have different costings for refunds. Royal Mail second class is only covered up to items worth £20.00
Please have your items sent with the higher postage amount to cover all items
I cannot be held responsible if your item goes missing and you would like a full refund when you have chosen to have it posted with only Royal mail second class
By purchasing and paying second class postage you are accepting the terms of what happens if your item was to go missing that the items could only be refunded to which a claim would be paid out for which is £20.00
